Client Partner Marketing Coordinator

Description:The Client Partner Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of our partnerships. Executing on the corporate marketing strategy, the Client Partner Marketing Coordinator will lead marketing initiatives focused on the delivery of new leads from our Client Partners.

Duties:• Collaborate with internal Partner Growth Managers and our Client Partners to define and develop integrated partner marketing strategies based on current opportunities and corporate goals
• Effectively craft key messages to targeted audiences consistently across all media, including but not limited to newsletter articles, promotions, print collateral, presentations, and email blasts
• Event planning and coordination for tradeshows, webinars and customer events
• Own your own marketing programs and calendar: manage meeting schedules, creative and copy development, production, distribution and reporting


Special Requirements:
• Travel as required by position.
• This position may require proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance
Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Enthusiastic fast learner with experience developing and implementing marketing projects that reinforce core messages and support corporate positioning
• Highly energetic and hands-on with a flexible work style and positive attitude
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time-management and follow through skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
• Driven, creative, and resourceful in achieving results
• Demonstrated project management and marketing program development skills
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, editing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate persuasively and present effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Graphic design exposure and website development experience preferred


Credentials and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or commensurate fields of study or work experience
• 3+ years of dedicated marketing expertise in planning, and successfully delivering on multi-channel marketing programs, industry and partner events, preparing collateral, developing business to business tools, and managing vendors


Physical Requirements:
May require prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
