Vacation Rental and PayPros Legal Representative

|Description:||The VRPP & PayPros Legal Representative will be responsible for following up on warm & cold leads generated by PayPros credit card acceptance program for Vacation Rental Property owners and Laws Practices. The Representative must be able to communicate effectively with potential merchants and will be responsible for generating and populating merchant applications. The Representative will also be responsible for reviewing the merchant applications prior to submitting to their Merchant Support Specialist and underwriting for approval. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in servicing accounts and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers.|

|Duties:|| Must Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives |
Must meet all SLAs to contact merchant within 6 Business hours and create tasks to ensure follow-up calls are made in a timely basis.
Strategically evaluate, manage, and prioritize opportunities & leads
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values
Complete all internal certification requirements

Must be proficient with the following productivity tools: Salesforce.com, pricing model, App populator
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple opportunities and leads at the same time
Must have skills to foster and enhance new relationships
Must be highly motivated, professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Credentials and Experience:
High school or GED degree
1-3 years experience in sales
Credit card acquiring experience or experience in a related field is ideal
Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
Consistent track record of developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads through closing
Travel as required by position.
This position may require proof of a valid drivers license and insurance
